Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgeries using EPIC EMR for inpatient and outpatient cases.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations for surgeries.
• Coordinate with OR staff, physicians, and families to schedule procedures.
• Ensure all surgical clearances are secured prior to surgery.
• Assist families with lodging, transportation, and related arrangements as needed.
