Job summary

You will be a Meditech/Epic super user supporting accurate booking and billing processes.

The role emphasizes efficient scheduling, data integrity, and strong communication with physicians. Proficiency in medical terminology and office software is required.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• 2 years in medical field/physician’s office required.
• Working knowledge of Meditech and Epic and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and enter booking information for surgical time.
• Prepare tentative and final surgical schedules; verify patient data.
• Audit RN documentation and ensure accurate charges.
• Serve as Meditech 6.0 super user and attend updates.
• Coordinate with Patient Financial Services, Surgery Materials, and Supply Chain.
