MIMEDX in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Surgical Account Executive to drive growth in targeted hospitals and surgical centers. You will promote regenerative biologics and tissue offerings, and build new customer relationships while expanding existing accounts.

The role requires 2–5 years in related field, BS/BA or MS/MA, strong communication and strategic selling skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Formación

• BS/BA in related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in related field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions, or verifiable ability.
• MS/MA and 1-3 years of experience in related field. Certification is required in some areas.
• Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of the healthcare industry.
• Previous experience in high-growth organizations and developing relationships that fueled growth.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals.
• Identify market opportunities and develop effective sales plans in the territory.
• Conduct presentations to customers and prospects on company products and their usages.
• Resolve purchase order issues within established policies.
• Maintain relationships with wound account executives and management for physician support.
