Job summary

Responsibilities

• Effectively schedules surgical cases in the Surgical Block Schedule.
• Publishes the OR schedule daily and documents data related to surgical cases.
• Coordinates with physicians, office staff, patients, and hospital departments for scheduling of procedures.
• Enters Nursing Data, OR patient charges, and surgical billing into the surgical database system.
• Collects data for administrative and monthly reporting.
• Maintains physician preference cards.
• Delivers professional customer service in all interactions.
