Endoscopy Center of Dayton is seeking a Full-Time Surgery Scheduler to join our outpatient facility. Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, you will maintain the daily surgery schedule, coordinate with doctors’ offices and OR staff, and ensure excellent customer service in scheduling.

The position is weekdays only with no holidays or weekends, offering competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily maintenance of the surgery schedule.
• Coordinate scheduling with doctors' offices and Operating Room staff.
• Provide high level of customer service in scheduling matters.
• Work weekdays only; no holidays or weekends.
