Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge.
• CPT and ICD-9 coding familiarity.
• Experience with patient scheduling and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person or by phone.
• Coordinate pre-op appointments and testing.
• Be the single point of contact for staff and facilities.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Schedule and reschedule procedures as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
