Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person or by phone with a friendly approach.
• Coordinate pre-op testing and verify patient insurance information.
• Serve as single point of contact for scheduling staff and internal physicians.
• Schedule or reschedule pre-op lab and testing as needed before procedures.
• Confirm patient procedures and explain prep instructions clearly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and assist billing to ensure proper charges.
