Job summary

DMOS in West Des Moines, IA seeks a Patient Care Navigator to guide patients through their orthopaedic journey, scheduling follow-ups, assisting with surgery scheduling, and submitting prior authorizations. This full-time, on-site role collaborates with navigators and clinicians to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
