Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year scheduling experience in a surgery center or medical office.

Responsibilities

• Schedules office, surgery centers and hospital-based procedures with provider and slots.
• Pre-authorizes surgeries through insurance and enters data into scheduling system.
• Maintains a surgical log for statistical analysis.
• Provides pre-surgical packets and confirms dates and instructions.
