Texas Orthopedics, a division of OrthoLoneStar, seeks a Clinic Training Coordinator to develop onboarding programs for Clinic Coordinators. You will travel to locations to train new hires and lead virtual training initiatives to ensure consistency across clinics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in training and auditing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and deliver onboarding training for Clinic Coordinators.
• Travel to multiple clinic locations for transitional training of new hires.
• Provide ongoing training initiatives in virtual settings.
• Conduct provider preference-based training and workflow changes.
• Assist with QA checks and policy/procedure development.
• Maintain training checklists and assess progress of trainees.
• Provide coverage as a Clinic Coordinator as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure standard procedures and quality patient care.
