• Experience in medical field highly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Good computer skills and typing speed.
• Confident, self-motivated with strong sales and closing skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong grammar, vocab and punctuation.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated with proactive task execution.
• Excellent time management with multiple tasks under strict timelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Maintain extensive knowledge of surgical procedures, pricing and policies to provide high-level service.
• Document and use information in call tracking/call management systems.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process orders.
• Represent the company professionally as a knowledgeable consultant to the patient.
• Work under the direction of the manager to meet timelines and objectives.
