Job summary

Weiler Plastic Surgery Group in Baton Rouge seeks a driven Surgical Sales Consultant to support surgeons, staff, and the sales team. You will learn procedures, manage patient inquiries, and help convert leads while coordinating surgical scheduling and fees.

The role requires prior sales success, a background in business/marketing preferred, and readiness to travel across Louisiana locations. Office hours are standard business days with some travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum: previous sales experience with a proven track record.
• Preferred: BS in business, marketing or related field.
• Willing to travel to multiple Louisiana locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong knowledge of all surgical, injectable, and aesthetic procedures offered, and share with patients and staff.
• Use electronic medical records, sales tracking software, and lead management tools.
• Handle phone discussions with potential and existing patients and resolve complaints professionally.
• Answer inquiries and nurture leads; convert prospective patients and execute follow-up processes.
• Assist in surgical consultation process for surgeons.
• Plan and schedule patient procedures, create quotes, and discuss fees with patients.
• Track and evaluate conversion to achieve KPIs and drive growth.
• Assist marketing team with brand promotion and event execution.
• Willing to travel to multiple locations if needed.

Our practice includes locations in Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Hammond, Covington, Denham Springs, Slidell, Metairie & Lafayette. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Surgical Sales Consultant to help us strengthen our brand by supporting our surgeons, sales team, and office staff. The right candidate has a passion for creating amazing patient experiences through professional and genuine interactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop a strong knowledge of all surgical, injectable, and aesthetic procedures we offer, being able to effectively and enthusiastically transfer knowledge to patients and staff.
• Efficiently use electronic medical records, sales tracking software, and lead management.
• Professionally handle phone discussions with potential/existing patients and effectively resolve patient complaints.
• Answer inquiries and nurturing leads; converting prospective patients and properly executing follow-up processes.
• Assist in surgical consultation process for surgeons.
• Plan and schedule patient surgical procedures, create quotes, and discuss fees with patients.
• Converting prospective patients and properly executing follow up process.
• Track and evaluate conversion success to achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist marketing team with brand promotion and event execution.
• Understand day to day procedures and processes of all service and product lines.
• Willing to travel to multiple locations if needed.

Qualifications: Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Required: Previous sales experience with a proven track record.

Preferred Education or Experience

• Preferred: BS in business, marketing or related field.
• Previous customer service experience.

Schedule & Location

• Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Baton Rouge
• Travel to Metairie and/or other Louisiana locations at least twice a week.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
