Weiler Plastic Surgery Group in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Sales Development Manager to own the consultation-to-close journey. You'll be in the room coaching aestheticians and injectors, turning clinical talent into confident, consultative providers.

You will build the playbook, train the team, and drive cross-selling and retention across surgical, injectable, aesthetic, and retail service lines, while tracking performance to improve the patient experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, or elective healthcare strongly preferred.
• Track record of coaching and motivating clinical or client-facing teams.
• Fluency with sales and CRM data - you diagnose gaps and drive decisions with numbers, not guesses.
• Polished, patient-centered communication style for a high-touch, premium practice.
• Self-starter capable of building processes from scratch and bringing structure to a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• The full clinical consultative journey - build, refine, and own the process from first inquiry through consultation, close, and follow-up.
• Frontline coaching - shadow aestheticians and injectors, sharpen consultative selling and objection handling, and help present treatment plans with confidence.
• Training that sticks - design and run ongoing sales training programs.
• Cross-selling strategy - spot and execute opportunities across surgical, injectable, aesthetic, and retail service lines.
• Retention that lasts - build programs that keep patients engaged and coming back.
• Data-driven performance - track conversion, cross-sell, and retention metrics by provider and location, turning insights into action.
• Marketing partnership - collaborate on promotions that drive bookings and support sales goals.
• Accountability - set individual and team sales targets and track progress.
