Weiler Plastic Surgery Group in Baton Rouge is seeking a Sales Development Manager to own the entire consultation-to-close journey across multiple locations. You’ll be in the room coaching aestheticians and injectors to turn clinical talent into confident, consultative providers.

This role combines process-building, training, and cross-selling across surgical, injectable, aesthetic, and retail service lines, with data-driven performance tracking and measurable sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven revenue track record.
• Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, or elective healthcare preferred.
• Experience coaching clinical or client-facing teams.
• Fluency with sales data and CRM metrics to drive decisions.
• Polished, patient-centered communication style for a premium practice.
• Self-starter with ability to build processes in a growing org.

Responsibilities

• Own the full consult-to-close journey from first inquiry through follow-up.
• Coaching aestheticians and injectors to improve consultative selling.
• Design and run ongoing sales training programs.
• Execute cross-selling across surgical, injectable, aesthetic, and retail lines.
• Develop retention programs to keep patients engaged.
• Track conversion, cross-sell, and retention metrics by location and provider.
• Partner with Marketing on promotions to drive bookings and sales goals.
• Set and manage individual and team sales targets.
