Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgery unit on days. Full-time position with 6:30a-7p shifts, on-call requirements including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

You will render professional nursing care, assess patient conditions, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress and document observations. Illinois RN license and BLS/CPR are required; BSN preferred within 5 years.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or higher; BSN required within 5 years from start date.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Render professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Assess patients’ condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress and record observations.
• Delegate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
