Qualifications

• Experience in the veterinary field for 2+ years (highly preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow OSHA standards and hospital policies.
• Knowledge of standard medical and business abbreviations.
• Demonstrate empathy toward clients and treat animals with respect and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, greet clients, admit and check out patients, process payments, and communicate information between clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure smooth case flow in the surgery department.
• Support surgery doctors and act as liaison between surgery teams and clients.
• Maintain a warm, professional, and compassionate presence even during emergencies.
