Responsabilités

• Schedule surgeries and related appointments and testing.
• Interpret physician orders and schedule procedures accordingly.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and document adherence.
• Coordinate imaging, PACS uploads, and vendor communications as needed.
• Maintain patient records and ensure insurance pre-certification where required.
• Greet patients, answer calls, and assist with checkout and referrals.
