• Obtains and updates patient demographic and insurance information.
• Maintains appointment scheduling system and coordinates patient appointments.
• Collects patient co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Answers calls, triages information, and routes to appropriate staff.
• Keeps front desk and waiting area clean and organized.
• Enters patient clinical information in the EMR as needed.
