Responsibilities

• Greet customers in prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Verify patient information and ensure paperwork is completed and signed; collect insurance cards and IDs; update patient demographics in the system.
• Maintain appointment scheduling; follow no-show procedures and make reminder calls.
• Answer phones, route calls, and distribute information to staff in a courteous and timely manner.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances; balance payments daily.
