• Own the department master schedule template and schedule changes.
• Collaborate with Contact Center and RPO to support patient scheduling needs.
• Act as centralized resource for the specialty across all sites to standardize scheduling practices.
• Own departmental provider templates and ensure consistent master schedules across the service line.
