Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Surgery Scheduler to serve as the first point of contact for patients and to support providers by coordinating surgical procedures and related meetings. You will help ensure seamless patient care from scheduling to post-visit follow-up.

The role involves obtaining insurance authorizations, managing consent forms, confirming and rescheduling appointments, maintaining provider templates, and supporting day‑to‑day office

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience as a Surgery Scheduler or equivalent experience in Medical Reception functions.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule surgical procedures, testing, and pre‑op appointments.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and manage consent forms for procedures.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Oversee provider schedule templates and input monthly schedules.
• Assist with payments and support accurate billing processes.
