Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Surgery Coordinator to optimize the delivery of surgical materials, coordinating requisitions and ensuring accurate fulfillment. Responsibilities include inventory management using ERP/MRP systems, coordination with shipping, and on-site fulfillment support. A valid driver’s license and 2 years in related fields are expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; equivalent combinations considered.
• 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Support, Inventory Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and accurate surgery requisitions and fulfillment of product orders.
• Fulfill surgery requests accurately within time constraints.
• Utilize ERP/MRP software to loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor inventory; coordinate with shipping companies as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Operations to fulfill orders on time; assist on-site warehouse staff in fulfillment.
• Maintain real-time inventory status for Operations leadership and Sales teams; provide updates.
• Responsible for return of inventory in a timely manner.
• Box, pack, label and ship instruments; use shipping programs as needed.
• Deliver/retrieve inventory including restocks and emergency runs to facilities.
• Develops product knowledge through training, webinars, and collaboration with sales and marketing.
