Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Surgery Coordinator for our distribution center to ensure timely delivery of instruments and implants. You will manage warehouse picking, organize and optimize processes, and coordinate safe transport of inventory to medical facilities.

You will monitor inventory using SMS, DCS, and FedEx, perform quality checks, and contribute to Lean initiatives. The role requires on-call duties and some holiday work, with collaboration across sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Engineering or other technical field preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• The role oversees warehouse picking, organizing, and optimization and the safe and timely transportation of inventory between warehouse and medical facilities.
• Daily use of inventory management systems to monitor and act on case schedules and inventory flow.
• Perform quality checks on outgoing and incoming inventory; ensure 100% quality.
