Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Tampa, FL is seeking a Surgery Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of materials for surgery and safeguard inventory flow. You will coordinate requisitions, verify order completeness, and support on-site warehouse operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
2 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Support, Inventory Management, or related field.
Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and accurate surgery requisitions for fulfillment and delivery.
Fulfill surgery requests accurately and within time constraints.
Use ERP/MRP software to loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor inventory; coordinate with shipping companies as needed.
Collaborate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Operations to fulfill orders on-time; assist on-site warehouse staff.
Maintain real-time inventory status and provide updates to Operations leadership and Sales team.
Deliver/retrieve inventory, restock, and perform on-demand scheduling for emergency runs.
Develop product knowledge through training and cross-functional partnerships.
