Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Customer Engagement Advocate to deliver a concierge, white-glove experience for our members as they navigate the surgical journey. You will represent the company with empathy, build high-quality relationships, and educate members on the value of our services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 1–3 years in customer service or sales support, and strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years' experience in a customer service, service center, and/or sales enablement role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to organize work activities to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Create concierge, white glove level experience for members navigating through the surgical process.
• Engage members and selling the value of our service to every member.
• Support fast-paced healthcare environment and help families feel supported and valued.
