Planet Pharma is seeking a Customer Engagement Advocate to deliver concierge-style service to members onsite in Dallas, TX. You will handle phone-based support, educate members about the surgical process, incentives, and program benefits, and coordinate with physicians to streamline care.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping others in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social services, public health, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service, service center, and/or sales enablement role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize work activities to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based support to members in a fast-paced service center environment.
• Deliver white glove service by creating a concierge-style experience for each member.
• Educate members on the surgical process, available incentives, and program benefits.
• Assist with provider selection and coordinate with physician offices to streamline care.
• Answer questions with clarity and compassion, ensuring members feel valued and supported.
• Proactively engage new members while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Consistently go the extra mile to help members navigate the complexities of surgery
