Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year in customer service or administrative support.
• Experience with computers, phone systems, and data entry.
• Healthcare/clinic familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic and insurance information in Epic.
• Schedule and manage routine and referral appointments.</br>
• Verify insurance eligibility and prepare charts for visits.
• Scan documents and index records into the EMR promptly.
• Answer calls, greet patients, and route messages to the proper staff.
• Document no-shows and follow up as needed.
• Provide courteous customer service using AIDET guidelines.
• Support front desk with check-in, check-out, and scheduling tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Adapt to varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
