Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care in Hermiston, OR seeks a Clinic Office Supervisor to lead front desk operations in an outpatient clinic. You will supervise non-clinical staff, optimize scheduling, and ensure accurate registration and insurance verification while maintaining patient service excellence.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will own EPIC workflows, train staff, drive process improvements, and uphold HIPAA and regulatory standards across administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a medical office or outpatient clinic setting with front desk experience.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC or similar EMR systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and scheduling workflows.
• Ensure accurate registration and insurance verification.
• Train and supervise non-clinical staff; manage performance.
• Lead EPIC-related workflows and training for staff.
