You will own the coordination from intake through completion, work with providers and facilities, and help improve cost management and member experience.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Healthcare administrative support or case management experience (1 year preferred).
• Medical billing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own surgical coordination from intake through completion, including timelines and communication.
• Support members by prioritizing their needs with compassion and clarity.
• Collaborate with internal providers, hospitals, surgical facilities, anesthesiologists, and external provider offices.
• Improve cost management, care coordination efficiency, and member experience.
• Advocate for members by negotiating fair and equitable rates with providers.
