Job summary

Redirect Health is seeking an Oncology Coordinator to act as the advocate across the oncology journey, coordinating chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical care for members. You will gather treatment details, verify coverage, and work with clinical teams to deliver a seamless experience for patients and families.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in case management or oncology coordination, strong communication, and a passion for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is the minimum requirement.
• 1-2 years of case management, customer service, and/or related experience.
• 1-2+ years of oncology/surgery coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical oncology care for members.
• Obtain treatment details and verify coverage against benefits.
• Partner with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Educate members on resources to support financial needs and coverage.
