Job summary

Piedmont Cartersville is seeking a Surgical Technologist to perform scrub duties and support patient care under the guidance of a registered nurse. The role requires strong critical thinking and collaboration with licensed staff to ensure safe surgical services.

The ideal candidate will have a Surgical Technology program graduate, a high school diploma or GED, and BCLS certification on hire; CST certification is preferred. The position is based at Piedmont Cartersville in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of Surgical Technology program required.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist required or
• 3 years of surgical tech experience required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support upon hire required.
• CST - Certified Surgical Technologist preferred.
