About the Role

Flanigan’s prides itself on made-from-scratch recipes, superior ingredients, generous portions, and positive, high-energy kitchen vibes. We seek talented and passionate cooks to join our BOH team, preparing dishes guests love.

Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and training
  • Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Manage product rotation and stock to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist with prep work, station setup, and cleanup
  • Transport items and help unload deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift and at closing
  • Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Communicate effectively in English and read recipes, labels, and POS tickets
  • Operate kitchen machinery safely
  • Ensure food safety standards are met
