Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Surface Repair Technician in Lawrence. You will perform repairs on surfaces such as floors, countertops and cabinets, using a variety of tools while delivering excellent customer service to tenants and property managers.

The role offers a competitive pay range of $20-$25 per hour with a monthly production bonus, paid training, and a company vehicle for daily routes. No weekends, early evenings, or overnight shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors; color matching is a key task.
• Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and clean driving record.

We Offer:

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on production

• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and clean diving record
