Job summary

Surface Experts in Austin, TX is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to grow relationships with property management and facilities teams. You will meet 15-20 contacts daily, educate prospects on our unique surface repair capabilities, and help build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Junior Sales role; prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 15-20 contacts daily across property management and facilities maintenance.
• Educate customers on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Memorize sales script and practice through role-play.
• Document activities in CRM and track leads to Work Orders.
• Plan and execute sales strategy for the territory.

Responsibilities:

As a Surface Experts Junior Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. This is a startup and our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.

• Meeting with 15-20 contacts a day in a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
• Memorizing a sales script and role-playing practice
• Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between
• Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
• Planning and executing sales strategy for territory
