Job summary

Surface Experts is looking for an in-field sales representative to drive growth across our flooring and surface repair services. You will focus on in-person visits, build relationships with customers, and close deals with guided support from a nationwide franchise network.

You’ll operate with a mostly in-field schedule, receive coaching, and have access to quality leads and a supportive team. Training is provided; prior sales experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No sales experience required and training is provided.
• Candidates must be coachable, curious, and detail-oriented to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Map your route and conduct ~15 on-site visits daily.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with the sales team.
• Perform light admin from home and balance field work with personal commitments.
• Receive weekly coaching and ongoing support from the sales team.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
