Job summary

Surface Experts of North Austin is seeking a hands-on Surface Repair Technician to service repairs at customer sites. You will diagnose minor surface damage, follow our 5-step repair process, and complete jobs typically within an hour.

This role offers a supportive team, paid training, no weekends, and opportunities for advancement. You’ll build lasting relationships with tenants and property managers while delivering world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Be open to learn.

• Have experience working with your hands — construction, manufacturing, painting, or a hobby.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors; color matching is a large part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer sites to perform scheduled repairs.
• Deliver world-class customer service to tenants and property staff.
• Track work progress and notes in the dispatch tool.
• Follow our 5-step repair process and apply them on site.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity.
• Communicate with the support team when questions arise.
