Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking experienced Solder and Rework Assemblers to join a leading provider of specialty electronic safety products for healthcare environments. You will assemble electronic components, perform SMT soldering, and ensure products meet strict quality standards in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing setting.

You’ll follow detailed work instructions and perform quality checks to help deliver vital security solutions for hospitals, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform hand soldering, SMT rework, and basic assembly tasks.
• Proficiency with assembly drawings and schematics; ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and perform SMT soldering.
• Follow detailed work instructions and perform quality checks on produced units.
• Inspect finished products to meet IPC-610 standards using inspection devices.
• Utilize handheld tools and electronic test equipment to validate assemblies.
