Job summary

Technical Needs in Manchester, NH seeks a Manufacturing Technician to join a dynamic medical device team. You will assemble plastic and metal components into devices, following drawings, BOMs, and visual aids, with tasks like soldering and testing as needed.

The role runs on a 1st shift with a 9/80 schedule: Mon-Thu 6:00 AM–3:30 PM and Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with alternating Fridays off. Referral bonuses offered; contract-to-hire or direct-hire options.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work with small parts under magnification.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Experience with medical or mechanical assembly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices following drawings and BOMs.
• Perform soldering, crimping, testing, and inspection as required.
• Document processes and maintain quality standards.

Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Technician. This role involves working as part of a dynamic team at an innovative manufacturing facility that creates cutting-edge medical devices.
