Technical Needs is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Build Technician to join a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment in the Semiconductor industry. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical assemblies, reading blueprints and schematics to ensure high-quality workmanship.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience, experience with wiring, measuring instruments, and working with tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with machine assembly, wiring, and testing.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Experience in electrical wiring, point-to-point wiring, and troubleshooting electrical assemblies.
• Familiar with measuring instruments: dial indicators, calipers, micrometers, digital multimeters.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, troubleshoot, and test electro-mechanical assemblies to tight tolerances.
• Read and follow detailed technical drawings and schematics.
• Use hand and power tools and perform wiring per specifications.
• Document test results and collaborate with team to resolve issues.

Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechancial Build Technician to join a global leader in ultra-high precision machines for the Semiconductor Industry. In this role, you will support electro-mechanical, optical, and robotic assemblies, ensuring high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.As a Manufacturing Technician, you will assemble, troubleshoot, and test complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, utilizing skills such as reading blueprints, wiring, and parametric measurement with tools like dial indicators and vernier calipers.This position requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience, proficiency with mechanical and electrical assembly, and the ability to follow detailed technical drawings and schematics. You will use hand and power tools, perform point-to-point wiring, and handle tight tolerances involving ball bearing slides and precision metal assemblies.
