Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in large-scale mining, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience coordinating engineering deliverables, technical documentation, and vendor information.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and construction service providers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of surface construction activities performed by contractors and subcontractors.
• Develop sourcing and execution strategies for major construction work packages.
• Review schedules, identify risks, and support recovery plans.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables between owners, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Support VDC/BIM initiatives and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Provide guidance and supervision to project personnel and contractors.
