Job summary

South32 Group Operations Pty. Ltd. is seeking an Underground Development & Construction Coordinator to lead safe, efficient shaft sinking and lateral development activities at the Hermosa Project near Patagonia, Arizona.

You will work closely with contractors and the Project team to ensure QA/QC, environmental, health and safety standards are upheld while coordinating logistics, budgeting and contracts to deliver high-quality results on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Degree (Construction or Similar) and appropriate Trade qualifications; OR experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in mining or mine site construction preferred.
• Experience managing project logistics and construction contracts.
