South32 Group Operations Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Superintendent, Processing Plant Construction at the Hermosa Project near Patagonia, Arizona.

You will lead concentrator construction, manage contractors and field teams, and ensure safety, schedule, cost, quality and performance goals as the project advances toward commissioning. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years in leading large-scale mining construction projects, including concentrator or processing facilities.
• Experience managing contractors, union and non-union craft labor, project logistics, and vendor contracts.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, QA, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven safety leadership, environmental stewardship, and high‑performance safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee concentrator construction activities safely, efficiently, and per project objectives, schedules and budgets.
• Manage contractors and field teams, driving performance, accountability, and adherence to standards.
