Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL seeks a Manager-in-Training (MIT) for Surf Club Operations. This 18-month rotational leadership program offers immersive exposure to Youth Programs, Recreation, and Pool & Beach Operations within a luxury club environment.

The MIT will learn daily operations, assist with colleague training, scheduling, and recreational programming while upholding Forbes Travel Guide standards, safety, and exceptional member and guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support Youth Programs, Recreation, and Pool & Beach Operations rotations.
• Provide polished, professional service to members and guests within luxury hospitality standards.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and safety of youth activities and recreational programs.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing youth activities, camps, and special events.
• Maintain safety, check-in/check-out procedures, and cleanliness of recreation areas.
