Job summary

The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Northeast Florida offers an 18-month Manager-in-Training (MIT) program for Surf Club Operations. Rotations include Youth Programs, Recreation, and Pool & Beach Operations, with hands-on leadership experience.

You'll learn safety, Forbes Travel Guide standards, and exceptional member and guest service while supporting daily operations, training, scheduling, and programming for a premier resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or recreation experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in English.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attend required trainings, safety courses, and leadership development activities.
• Complete rotations in Youth Programs, Recreation, and Pool & Beach Operations.
• Learn and support daily operations, policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and assist with scheduling and coaching.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for members and guests.
