The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Surf Club Coordinator to support daily Surf Club operations and deliver exceptional service to members and guests. You will handle guest tracking, policy enforcement, event coordination, and administrative tasks under Surf Club leadership.

The role emphasizes guest relations, membership support, and cross-department collaboration, with a focus on professionalism, organization, and proactive service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality, Communications, Recreation, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English to communicate with members, guests, and team members.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, membership services, relationship management, event coordination, or fundraising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact positively with members and guests in person, by email, and by phone.
• Process, track, and facilitate member guest activity and access within the Surf Club.
• Coordinate events and assist with program development and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain professional standards and confidentiality; support leadership across departments.
