Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club seeks a Surf Club Coordinator to support daily Surf Club operations and deliver exceptional member and guest service. You will manage guest activity, policy enforcement, and event coordination while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

You will work with Surf Club leadership to implement programs, train team members, and capture compelling content. The role requires strong organizational skills and a guest-first mindset in a premier private

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality, Communications, Recreation, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Must communicate in English with members, guests, clients, and team members.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, membership services, event coordination, or fundraising preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional presence.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and tech literacy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members and guests in a positive, courteous, and professional manner.
• Process, track, and facilitate member guest activity and access management.
• Provide general administrative support to Surf Club leadership.
• Capture photos/content highlighting club activities and events.
• Attend weekly meetings with Surf Club and Membership leadership.
