Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking participants for an 18-month Manager-in-Training program in Surf Club Operations. The role offers immersive rotations through Youth Programs, Recreation, and Pool & Beach Operations, developing leadership and luxury hospitality skills.

As a MIT, you will learn daily operations, lead training and scheduling, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests of all ages. A professional presence and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English well enough to communicate with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned rotations in Youth Programs, Recreation, and Pool & Beach Operations.
• Learn daily operations and service standards across departments.
• Support scheduling, training, and guest programming while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Education
