Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in surety or construction-related financial services.
• Knowledge of sales and P&L management.
• Experience in developing strategic operating plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for surety clients.
• Develop strategic operating plan for Surety practice.
• Drive revenue through prospecting and relationship management.
• Conduct regular stewardship meetings with clients.
• Establish service standards and best practices.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members.
