Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Client Support Specialist on the Surety team. You will assist with the preparation and execution of bonds, collect data, complete forms, and prepare correspondence to support our clients and insurance carriers.

You will service and market new and renewal Surety accounts, maintain power of attorney filings and bond supply, and build and retain relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast paced office environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience in Contract and/or Commercial Surety is a plus.
• Accounting or Financial background is a plus!
• Proficient use of agency software such as Sagitta, Image Right, Tinubu.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of bonds (performance & payment, license, court, misc. bonds).
• Collect data, complete necessary forms and prepare correspondence.
• Service and market new and renewal Surety accounts; process general agreements of indemnities.
• Maintain power of attorney filings and bond supply; build and retain client and carrier relationships.
