Entergy is seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee a team at its CCGT power plant in Malvern, Arkansas. The role includes ensuring safety compliance, managing daily operations, and supervising multi-craft employees on a rotating shift basis.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Power Plant Operations and strong leadership skills. Onsite work is required, and candidates should be prepared for occasional travel of up to 25%. This position does not offer relocation.
Job Summary/Purpose
Directs and supervises a team of operations/maintenance personnel in a cross-functional multi-craft, multi-skilled plant environment at a combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant. The position's primary responsibility is plant operations and responsiveness to start-up and dispatch requests as well as assign and direct operations/maintenance work on shift.

Employees may be required to work additional hours, alternate locations, or perform additional duties in connection with storms, outages, emergencies, or other situations as deemed necessary. Exempt employees may not be paid overtime for such duties.
